Attorney Network

Accept Pre-Qualified
Quiet Title Referrals.

TitleQuiet does the research. You do the law. Every referral arrives with a complete diagnostic report, full chain of title, and a client ready to engage — at your pre-set flat rate.

No fee to apply or join the network. When a client pays for a matter through TitleQuiet, the platform charges 18% of your quoted fee for technology, marketing, intake, payments, and case tools — structured as compensation for non-legal services (see Attorney Network Terms). You set your own rates; there is no subscription or listing fee.

Why Join

Referrals that are actually ready

Structured case intake

Every referral arrives with a complete TitleQuiet diagnostic report. You know the cloud types, severity scores, source documents, and client situation before the first conversation. No cold intake interviews.

Transparent flat-rate structure

Clients expect flat-fee pricing through TitleQuiet. Set your own rates by cloud type and county. You quote your own flat fee — no contested invoices, no disputed hourly billing.

Matched to your practice area

TitleQuiet's matching engine routes cases based on cloud type and county. If you specialize in federal tax liens in Bergen County, you only receive those cases — not general quiet title inquiries from counties you don't serve.

No marketing overhead

TitleQuiet handles all client acquisition, education, and intake. You receive a fully qualified lead with a signed engagement authorization and diagnostic documentation. No ad spend required.

The Workflow

From diagnostic to engagement in five steps

01

Client runs a TitleQuiet diagnostic

The client searches their property and receives a full title diagnostic with cloud type classification, severity scores, and a recommendation to seek quiet title counsel.

02

Case is matched to your profile

Based on cloud type, county, and your availability, the TitleQuiet engine presents your profile to the client along with your flat-rate fee for that case type.

03

Client accepts — you receive the file

Once the client accepts your fee quote, you receive full case access: diagnostic report, chain of title, all source documents, and contact information.

04

You handle the legal work

Conduct your own legal review, file the quiet title action, and manage the client relationship. TitleQuiet provides a case tracking interface for milestone updates visible to the client.

05

Client pays & case proceeds

Clients pay through TitleQuiet (Stripe); payouts to you are processed per your package milestones. Your engagement letter and professional obligations are still yours — TitleQuiet provides research, matching, workflow, and payment rails.

Economics

You set your own flat rate.

No listing fee and no subscription to appear in the network. For matters where the client pays through TitleQuiet, the platform fee is 18% of the fee you quote — covering diagnostic delivery, client acquisition, case software, secure documents, and payment processing. That structure is described as compensation for non-legal services in our Attorney Network Terms (including NJ RPC 5.4 considerations). For example, a $3,000 quoted fee includes a $540 platform fee; net payout timing follows your package milestones and Stripe Connect. We publish the percentage up front so you can price with full visibility.

Fee ranges are illustrative estimates based on NJ market rates. You set your own flat fee for each case type when onboarding.
